Mike Gray is often called “the Supply Chain Evangelist”, in reference to his expertise on computer manufacturer Dell’s unique approach to supply chain management.

Having worked with Dell for over 15 years, he is esteemed as a pioneer in lean Supply Chain Management. He has been the lead architect for many of the business processes that allowed Dell to achieve its revolutionary low levels of inventory while maintaining industry-leading customer service. As a member of the Global Supply Chain Strategies team, Mike Gray was commissioned recently to improve all tools and processes which Dell and its suppliers use in order to monitor and manage the supply chain.

Mike Gray is certified as a lifetime Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) at the Institute for Supply Management and is also certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) by the American Production and Inventory Management Society. (APICS)
